Betton Consulting have been appointed to undertake the detailed design of a further 3½ floors of the prestigious One St Peters Square office development in Manchester on behalf of SES Engineering Services. The new appointment brings our total involvement on this scheme to 7½ floors of Cat A fit-out of the original shell and core development as well as a further 2½ floors of Cat B fit out to tenants detailed specification and layout requirement, including detailed tenants powers, AV and catering requirements including additional air handling plant.

Handover has recently been achieved of a new primary school building as part of the Nottingham Academy site at Sneinton Boulevard, Nottingham. Betton Consulting were employed to undertake both the concept design on behalf of the client and Main Contractor (Carillion) during the early stages, following through to deliver the detailed design on behalf of the appointed M&E contractor (Playfords). The project included detailed thermal modelling to assess daylight and natural ventilation and inform the window design, and was delivered using Revit for 3D coordination and BIM compliance.
