Betton Consulting were been appointed to undertake the mechanical and electrical performance specification, Stage 4A design and ongoing monitoring role of the prestigious Siddington Park development in Cirencester. The development incorporated 173 apartments across 7 buildings, plus a Wellness Centre and Spa (incorporating pool, treatment rooms, restaurants and support accommodation), and makes use of energy efficient solutions including combined heat and power, district heating and photovoltaic panels, demonstrating the size and varied nature of development we can deliver and the innovative solutions for compliance and client/occupier benefit.
Care Home Refurbishment/Extension, Croydon

Betton Consulting were been appointed to undertake the performance specification, concept design and ongoing monitoring role of an existing 51 bed home in Croydon, along with two extensions raising the the total number of bedrooms to 61 beds.
A challenging project due to contractor difficulties, Betton Consulting were retained client side to monitor and report on the design and progress, as well as completion activities such as provision of Part L compliance, log book and building user guides and lodgement of the EPC.

Betton Consulting were employed to produce the original design and performance specification of the new primary school building, including renewable energy analysis (resulting in the installation of a photovoltaic panel installation), as well as daylight and natural ventilation analysis. We were delighted to follow this through with the appointed mechanical and electrical sub-contractor to complete the detailed design, modelled in 3D and the aspirations of the project BIM Execution Plan.

Detailed mechanical and electrical design of Cat A fit-outs to 7.5 floors of the prestigious Manchester city centre office building, as well as the detailed mechanical and electrical design of Cat B fit-out to a further 2.5 floors for a prestigious client, incorporating a mixture of open plan and cellular offices, meeting rooms, restaurant facilities (including additional roof mounted plant to serve a busy catering kitchen) and UPS/standby power systems.
